Sunshine, lollipops and Rainbows....

Hello,

I have that song in my head at the moment and the card I made for SCS Sc278 relefects that rainbow and happiness.

I used DP from endless summer glitter stack from DCWV and coloured in my gorgeous Coriander fairy from SNS along with stamps from Flourishes Gebra stamp set and Vintage Vogue from Stampin' Up!

I used glitter glue on her wings and coloured her and the butterfly with copics. My two girls told me she had to have pink hair so I followed my orders and matched her to the paper.

Follow you're heart it knows the way

Hello
It's been a long time since my last post but I have been very busy buying a new house. After years of searching an several disappointments we finaly found our dream house, put an offer on and they have accepted. I have been busy sorting out the rubbish as I am determined not bring things we never use into this new home. We had made that mistake before.... you know.... Just put it in a box thinking "we'll sort that out later".

Anyway my new Sweet November Stamp Coriander came in several weeks ago and I have coloured her in several differways and colours. I missed several great challenges which I am upset about since I have gone back to work full time I have not energy to be creative. But I'm not a work today as I have a bad cough that has gotten worse and my work colleges weren't impressed yesterday with my coughing so I ran up to say I won't be in. I have heaps to do in the house but I thought I'll be selfish and make a card quickly before I do that.

I haven't done a Midnight Madness sketch for ages and wanted to do the previous sketch but missed out. Anyway the card below is for the sketch 51.
I used the Vintage Vogue DP paper and the butterflies were stamped onto glossy paper brayered with Kaleidoacolour stamp pad.

I hope you like it.

Mother's day card,

I made this Mother's Day card using the Kaisercraft DP called Jewel.  I was inspired by the colours.
Since it has a bow and ribbon it is I have put in the Stampin For the weekend challenge.
Using my Kaiser frangipani stamp I stamped the flowers in three colour, old olive, perfect plum and pale plum.  The Sentiment is from flourishes fight like girl set.

I love this sketch to I think I will use it again.

Lilac Fairy

I made this card for Colour Create Challenge were we had to make a card using the colours lilac, white and grey.

I used the TGF fairy and coloured her dress in lilac and her wings with grey and lilac.  I sprinkled glitter of the wings.  I coloured her hair in grey which was not a popular choice with my girls who thought it looked yuck.  But it went with the theme.

I used the DP from SU and added the flowers and sentiment from SU Cottage Garden stamp step.  I added glitter to the flowers and added white brads.

Thank you for looking.

Haven't got my MOJO back!

Hello everyone. I made this card for the MOJO Monday 133 contest sketch.  It was going to launch me back into card making as I have had a bit of a dry spell, with going back full time and birthday's and Easter sapping all my card making mojo away.

This is also one of those cards that looks great in your head but when on paper it doesn't look quite right.  I ended up adding all sort to it to make it look better, but now it looks crowded.

I used the TGF Autumn Fairy and my new SU Autumn Days stamps.  The Designer paper is from my new SU Autumn Traditions DP.  I also realized after I carefully stuck down the fairy image that I had it upside down.  So it is a mirror image version of the sketch (how creative of me... it was all planned).  HE HE LOL.

I am also very excited as my favorite stamp of Sweet November Stamps, is out at All that Scraps.  Amy had drawn this gorgeous fairy girl  for one of her cards and called her Coriander.
edit:  Sorry the card I had up was made by Amy I just wanted to show off Coriander so here she is. This is over at Amy's blog.
She took my breathe away and now she is in Rubbah!!!

YEAH  Of course I have bought her and will be using her forever!  I am also tempted to create a card with in it every day.  We'll have to see if my mojo returns.

Thanks for looking

Pastel Angel

Wow I can't believe it's been several week since I had made a card for my blog or joined in a challenge. Time flies when your having fun.

I created this card for the Colour Create Challenge- pastels.   I used the image from TGF a freebie from the Birthday Celebration and the cutest thing I have ever seen.

I made her wear pink and blue Camo Cargo Pants and coloured her using copics.  I used various Designer paper scraps from Kaiser Craft and Stampin Up! and layers them together.  The Flowers are from a Flowers Forever tin.
