I used the lily flower from the Fifth Avenue Floral set and created a tiger lily from it.
I used Vanilla card and Whisper white card for the centre flower. Stamp the image in black then using real red color the centre, then with pink passion go over the read and down the sides of where you colored. The using either the water pen or blender pen just smudge the colours together. I then used Pretty in pink and coloured the rest of the petals. You can do the same with copics. I then drew a black line down the centre then using the spritzer with the black created the speckles. I used a gold pen to colour the stamins.

I love this new stamp set called Fifth Avenue Floral from Stampin' Up!
Firstly I stamped the image with Not quite Navy then using copic markers I coloured in the rose starting with the dark colours to out line the edges and any shadows created by light shining on the rose, then I used a medium blue and blending in the dark using circles I left centre areas for the light blue. With the light blue I blended the whole petal to give a even coat.
I used the Bella Bleu Designer Paper series from SU and cut out a square 6.3cm or approximately 6 square of the paper. I then cut out from the Not quite Navy card 7.3cm square. I added the dots then stuck the rose with Dimension onto the 6.3 square, then stuck that square onto the 7.3 square. The background size is 9.8 square and the Not Quite Navy border is 10.5cm square. The stock card is kraft cut to 11.3cm by 11.3 cms
I hope you like it.

The Greeting Farm is running a contest to win a stamp set from the Greeting Farm range. The rules are we have to case a card by Anna Maria. Above is my entry.
The card size is 13 by 13 cms. The double sided paper comes from the Le Jardin series from SU and the floral decal is from Kaiser craft. The stamp of the little girls is from the Greeting Farm's wild sprouts and the little flowers in the floral decal is from the SU stamp set Together forever.
The card is close to cocoa and the borders are sage shadow. The little girl is coloured in copics and I added the faux stitching with white signo gel pen.
I hope I win.

I used this using the scrap leftover strips from cutting. I put it all together and was very pleased with the result. The color scheme is pirouette pink, certainly celery and sahara sand.
I colored the girl from the greeting farm's wild sprouts with copics.
The trick with strips is to work inwards to get the spacing right, I found.

I've been having trouble with my computer, it finally packed it in. I'm still in the process of getting a new computer built my by darling husband, and hooking back my scanner to show you the cards I have been working on.
The card above is a CASE from a beautiful card called always by Toy on the SCS website. I used different background paper and sentiment and I also added the ribbon. Really enjoyed this card, but I think the background is too busy for the foreground. The colors are Kiwi Kiss, Real red, Riding hood red, chocolate, white. The stamps are from wild rose and wonderful favorites from SU. The doublesided paper is raspberry tart from SU.
see ya later.

Hi everyone, This gorgeous doll is from The Greeting Farm's Wild sprouts. I just fell in love with her and thought of a Harlequin Clown. I coloured her in using Copics. To create the moon I just use spellbinders circles and used faux stitching around it. The stars I just used signo white gel pen (notice the southern cross in the corner).

The rose has been stampin in Real Read then Ridinghood Red, the leaves with certainly celery and Old Olive.
I have another rose card that I cased to show tomorrow.

Vintage Lilacs
I made this vintage style card, by using collage technique. The background with stamped with SU Weathered background stamp in Vintage Violet then restamped using Kiwi Kiss with kaisercraft flourish stamp. Then using a sponge a sponged areas in Vintage violet to create the vintage look of the paper deteriorating The central image was from SU Blossom's Abound stamp set in Pink Pirouette and Vintage Violet, the leaves stamped in mellow moss and kiwi kiss. The sentiments is from The greeting Farm Lucky Bunnies set.

I was looking for a pink and black card and came across this beautiful card from Rascal. My card is a shameless case of Rascal's card. I used black ribbon instead of her gingham ribbon. I used a different background. I used weathered background and wild roses set from Stampin Up.
I used pirourette Pink and basic black card and ink. Some of the roses are raised with dimensionals and there is glitter in the centre of each roses, which didn't come up in the scan.
I hope you all have great weekend. I will be getting my new stamps from The greeting farm so I will be playing with them.
