This is one of my Father's day cards I have been making. The cute critters are from Forest Friends from TGf and the sentiment was made up by me. I just need a stamp of some bolts LOL.

I the thing I have learnt making male cards is that they don't care! and the rule is KISS (Keep it simple sweetie). I probably when too fancy, but I couldn't help myself.

Stamp'n for the weekend week 7

This is the card I am entering in the Stampin for the weekend challenge. We were given three Rock n Roll Titles to inspire us. I chose Tangled up in Blue by Bob Dylan. I chose the new Pirate from TGF as I don't normally do boy cards. Of course the theme is blue, but I chose a red haired pirate to contrast with the blue.
I used copics to colour him in, and used the The Best Yet stamp set from SU for the sentiment. I hand drew the background map with white gel pen from SU. The skull and cross bones are from the same TGF stamp set.

Made this Christening card for my Husband's cousins daughter Marcela, who is getting christened next Saturday. I have layered the picture to create a 3d look. I really struggled with the layout, but I suppose it will do. Willow is so cute. I coloured her in with copics and the cross is from Stampin Up.

I am starting on my Father's Day cards so hopefully I will have a couple to show you soon.
I have already made my Birthday Card for the huge TGF Blog hop so I can't wait to show you all. I bet alot of people will have similar cards.

I decided to combine two challenges today. I have entered the Stamping for the Weekend challenge which required the card to be the colour scheme of red and chocolate, so I chose designer paper that was red and brown. I coloured the stamp from TGF in brown and chocolate.
The Challenge from The Greeting Farm, required we bling up the card and had at least two stamps from the TGF and have at least one punch. I have three punches the lace punch and the scollop and circle punches. The stamps used are from the HOpe and Grace Set and theSentiments set.
I struggled with the design of the card but I am very pleased with how the colours and the layout worked. The flowers, and the bow have been blinged up with glitter.
